Mommy + Me Class

Mommy & Me Classes offer hands-on developmental support for caregivers and young children ages 0–5. These interactive sessions are guided by a licensed Occupational Therapist in partnership with University of Arkansas OTD students and are designed to help caregivers better understand and support their child’s early development.

Each class focuses on a specific developmental area—such as gross motor, fine motor, oral motor, sensory exploration, communication, and behavior—using play-based activities that caregivers and children can do together. Caregivers will leave with practical tools, strategies, and take-home resources that can be used in everyday routines.

Families may attend one class or the full series—there is no expectation to attend every session. Each class includes time for questions, discussion, and connection with other caregivers in a supportive, welcoming environment. No prior experience is needed.
